"The Cubs Go All the Way" is an original song written and recorded by crooner Frank Lamphere. The tune was conceived and penned in 2012 prior to Frank performing in a baseball themed show in New York. The initial lyrics were based on the New York Mets, but modifed in 2014 for Lamphere's hometown team, the Chicago Cubs. The tune was given a "face-lift" after it's initial unreleased studio recording in 2019. It is found on the CD America the Beautiful Swinging.
A highly energetic, swingin' baseball song from singer Frank Lamphere; whose childhood dream (like ten million other kids) was to be a major leaguer. Among Frank's baseball heros were: Reggie Jackson, Dave Kingman, Goose Gossage and Willie Stargell.
